2015 Chick-fil-A Kick-Off Game Volunteer Registration

September 05, 2015

Already have an account?

Welcome to the 2015 Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game!

As we prepare to host Auburn and Louisville in the 2015 Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game, we are looking for excited and energetic individuals to volunteer at various game day events. Volunteers are the backbone of our success and we could not continue to put on first class events without the help and support of our community.

All volunteers are REQUIRED to register via our online system (TRS). If you created an account in the system for the 2014 Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl, simply select "login" to access the registration system.

If you are new to the system, please select “register”. The system will prompt you through each step – however it is important to note that descriptions of each shift can be found by clicking on the blue question mark to the right of each shift name. Additionally, you will receive two emails when creating a new account – one confirming your account and one confirming the shifts you have selected. If you do not receive both, you may have exited before completing the entire registration process.

Key Volunteer Information you should know:

1. Requirements: All Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older and sign a release waiver prior to participating in an event.

2. Schedule: Volunteers will attend a brief meeting the morning of Saturday, September 5th when they arrive for their shift at their designated event location. This is also the time that uniform distribution will take place unless otherwise communicated by Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game Staff. Please wear khaki pants and comfortable shoes.  Please note that if you are working indoors, hats are not permitted for use during your shift.  Additionally we ask that you refrain from wearing paraphernalia of sports teams with your uniform. You will receive your polo upon arrival.

3. Parking: Please note that due to limited parking on the GWCC campus we are not able to provide volunteer parking for the event.  Additionally, construction of the New Atlanta Stadium and traffic congestion from Labor Day Weekend will be major factors for anyone visiting the area.  We strongly urge all volunteers to use MARTA as a transportation resource during the weekend.

4. Secure Information: The information obtained on this site will only be used by the Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game Staff. We will not share, trade, sell or give access to your personal information to any other organization without your permission.
